🚀 Serimax has chosen Fekra to scope its IFS Cloud upgrade project: the first step is underway.
The scoping workshops started last week, exactly as we like to run them: around the same table, laptops open, together with Serimax's business and IT teams.
No lengthy speeches, just a practical approach: we analyse the existing environment, compare current processes with the target solution, and ask the right questions from the very beginning.
This scoping phase has a clear objective: to lay solid foundations for the next stages of the upgrade project by defining the scope, identifying the key challenges and establishing the roadmap towards IFS Cloud.
To achieve this, Serimax can rely on a proven methodology and Fekra's dual IFS expertise:
- Functional expertise: consultants with strong knowledge of both the product and the field, including finance, projects, logistics, maintenance and quality.
- Technical expertise: an IFS technical lead and architect with more than 25 years of experience with the solution, providing expertise in infrastructure, data, interfaces and reporting.
